( number of products: 56 )Temperature sensors are essential for proper control of heat exchanges. Depending on the number of circuits and the degree of expansion of the thermal node, sensors are used that measure the temperature at different locations. We distinguish between outdoor temperature sensors such as Danfoss ESMT, room temperature sensors - Danfoss ESM-10, surface sensors that measure the temperature of liquid in a pipe - Danfoss ESM-11, immersion sensors made of stainless steel or copper - Danfoss ESMU, and universal sensors such as ESMC or ESMB-12.
All sensors in our range are PT1000 platinum sensors. They work on the principle of changing resistance depending on temperature and have a resistance of 1000Ω at 0°C. Danfoss sensor characteristics are in accordance with EN 60751. The sensors offered by our store are two-wire devices with interchangeable connections.

Temperature sensors in heat substations
Temperature sensors play a key role in the proper control of thermal nodes, which has a direct impact on the efficiency and safety of the heating system. Depending on the design of the heat substation and the number of circuits, different types of sensors are used to measure the temperature at different points in the system. Thanks to precise temperature measurements, it is possible to maintain optimal operating conditions of the installation, which translates into energy savings and user comfort. Types of temperature sensors
Depending on where the temperature is to be measured, the appropriate type of sensor is selected. Outdoor temperature sensors, such as Danfoss ESMT, are used to measure ambient temperature and play a key role in regulating heating systems. Danfoss ESM-10 are, in turn, indoor temperature sensors that help maintain the right indoor temperature. In installations where it is important to measure the temperature of liquids in pipes, the following are used surface sensors, such as Danfoss ESM-11, which are mounted on the outer surface of the pipe. To measure the temperature inside the pipes, the most commonly used are immersion sensors stainless steel or copper, such as Danfoss ESMU. We also offer universal sensors, such as Danfoss ESMC whether ESMB-12, which are characterized by versatility of application.
Platinum PT1000 sensors
All temperature sensors available in our offer are platinum PT1000 sensors, which are extremely precise and durable.
